SHIPPING TIMES AND RULES
Product shipping times are subject to stock availability, please refer to the estimated shipping time shown on the product page at the time of purchase. If multiple items are included in the same order, the shipping time depends on the item in the order with the longest estimated shipping time.
Since an order will not be split into multiple packages to be sent out separately before the estimated shipping time point, it is recommended to place separate orders if you have special requirements for arrival time (set products are handled in the same way as multi-item orders and will not be split for shipping).
Orders will be sent out before the estimated shipping time, delivery time depends on the courier delivery time.

When placing an order, please accurately fill in your real name, shipping address and valid contact information, so that we can arrange for delivery in time.
If you have any special requirements for shipping, please be sure to contact our pre-sales customer service in advance for consultation.
Please check the delivery information carefully before payment, if you fill in the wrong address due to personal negligence, please contact customer service in time, we will try to contact the courier for you to negotiate processing, please note:
If the country of the following order is inconsistent with the country of receipt, it can not be modified, please select the page consistent with the country of receipt to re-order;
If the order package is sent out and then put forward an application for address modification, it can not guarantee the success of the change of the order, and the risks and costs incurred as a result of the address modification need to be borne by the customer.
* Zonnaura will not be responsible for any delay or return due to the following reasons:
Delivery delays due to remote areas, inconvenient transportation, etc.;
Parcels delayed or undeliverable due to buyer's reasons (e.g. change of delivery address, unknown address, wrong address, no contact, refusal to accept, no representative, etc.);
Delays due to aviation security checks resulting in the inability of a normal flight or change to overland transportation;
Delivery resistance (the receiving address does not allow the deliveryman to enter, does not accept delivery on rest days/public holidays). Delivery delays due to delivery resistance (the recipient address does not allow the delivery person to enter, does not accept delivery on rest days/public holidays, etc.);
Delays due to force majeure (“force majeure” refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable or insurmountable objective circumstances and other objective circumstances affecting the delivery time and causing delays in the delivery of parcels, including, but not limited to, nationwide or regional control or disruption of air or ground transportation systems, communication system control or interruption of the communication system). Traffic system control or interruption, communication system interference or failure, government action, postal authority policy changes, war, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, heavy rain, fog and other similar events).
