Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
Apply for exchange service:
Aerial drones, industry applications, handheld photography devices, outdoor power supply (30 days from the next day of signing) and agricultural applications, transportation applications (15 days from the next day of signing) can apply for an exchange if one of the following conditions is met:
1. The product is found to have suffered damage during transportation and can provide proof of cargo damage from the transportation company;
2. The product is found to be seriously inconsistent with the original product description in one or more important aspects;
3. The product is found to have performance failures that are not due to human damage.
We have the right to reject the customer's application for exchange in the following cases:
× If the application for exchange is made after the time limit for exchange specified by Zonnaura has been exceeded since the day following the day of signing for the product;
× Inability to provide legal proof of purchase or documents when exchanging goods, or falsification or alteration of documents;
× Incomplete exchange goods, or appearance of man-made reasons leading to damage;
× If the product is tested by Zonnaura's technical support department and there is no quality problem with the product;
× Crash and burn that is not caused by the quality problem itself, as well as the quality problem caused by man-made private modification, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and failure to use and operate the product in accordance with the guidelines of the instruction manual;
× Tearing or altering labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof markings, anti-counterfeiting markings, etc;
× Products damaged by unavoidable factors, such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents and other irresistible forces;
× Failure to ship the product within 7 days after contacting Zonnaura to confirm the exchange service;
× If the product is damaged due to transportation, but the replacement is not provided with the proof of damage issued by the transportation company;
× If you need to exchange the product, please return the product and purchase it again;
× Other cases described in the policy.
Exchange Guidelines
If you receive a product that needs to be exchanged, please contact the after-sales technical support to process the exchange within the return period stipulated by Zonnaura from 0:00 a.m. of the next day after you receive the goods.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING
For exchanges resulting from damage caused by a product performance failure, DJI assumes the cost of shipping the exchange both ways.
