REFUND POLICY

Apply for return service:


Aerial drones, industry applications, handheld photography equipment (30 days from the next day of signing) and outdoor power supply (15 days from the next day of signing) can be applied for return if one of the following conditions is met:

1. The product packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals are complete, and there is no human damage, has not been activated for use, and does not affect the secondary sales.

2. The product is found to have performance faults that are not caused by human damage.

 

We have the right to refuse the customer's return request in the following cases:

× The return request is made after the return period specified by Zonnaura is exceeded from the next day after signing for the product;

× Returned goods are incomplete, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals are incomplete, or the appearance of man-made causes of damage;

× Returned goods can not provide legal proof of purchase or documents, or the documents are forged or altered;

× The occurrence of collision, burned, and man-made private modification, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and failure to follow the guidelines of the instructions for the use and operation of the quality of the goods caused by the quality of the product itself;

× Torn or altered labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof markings, anti-counterfeit markings, etc;

× Products damaged by unavoidable factors, such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents and other irresistible forces;

× Failure to send the corresponding object within 7 natural days after contacting Zonnaura  to confirm the return service;

×x Other circumstances described in the policy.

Return Guidelines

To apply for a return, please do the following from the day after you receive the goods and within the return period specified by Zonnaura.

1) Log in to the Zonnaura Official Store;

(2) Enter the “My Orders” page;

3) Click the “Apply for After-sales Service” button on the right side of the goods to be returned to initiate the return application.

We will review your return and refund application within 1 to 2 working days.

Refund Time

1) If the order has not been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 business day. When the refund request is approved, Zonnaura will refund the money in the same way.

2) If the order has been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 to 2 business days. If the return request is approved, and the returned goods are tested to meet the return criteria, Zonnaura will return the money in the original way.

Coupon Returns 
The coupon will be returned after the order has been refunded and can be used again for as long as it is valid.
 

RETURN SHIPPING 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns caused by reasons other than damage due to product performance failure.
