You can apply for product warranty service if the product fails to perform within the valid product warranty period. For details of the major components warranty period table, see https://www.zonnaura.com/service/policy

The free warranty service must meet the following conditions:

√ Normal use of the product since purchase within the specified product warranty period, the product with non-artificial performance failure;

√ No unauthorized dismantling of the product, no modification or addition that is not guided by the official manual, and other non-anthropogenic failures;

√ Provide valid proof of purchase, bill and bill number.

 

The following cases are not covered by the free product warranty service:

√ In the event of a man-made collision or burning accident that is not caused by the quality of the product itself;

× Damage caused by private modification, disassembly, case opening, etc., not guided by the official manual;

× Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, or operation without following the instructions;

× Damage caused by improper installation, use and operation without the guidance of the official instructions;

× Damage caused by circuit modification, or improper matching of battery packs and chargers without the guidance of the official instruction manual;

× Damage caused by flying and shooting without following the product manual;

× Damage caused by maneuvering in harsh environments, such as high winds, rain, sand and dust;

× Damage caused by maneuvering in a complex electromagnetic environment or strong interference sources, such as mining areas, transmission towers, high-voltage lines, substations, etc.,.

× Damage caused by handling with other wireless equipments interfering with each other, such as transmitter, map transmission signal, WiFi signal interference, etc;

× Damage caused by taking off with more than the safe takeoff weight;

× Damage caused by forcible flight in the case of aging or damage to parts;

× Damage caused by reliability and compatibility problems when used in conjunction with non-zonnaura certified third-party parts;

× Damage caused by insufficient discharge due to insufficient power or the use of batteries with quality problems;

× Signs of torn or altered serial numbers, factory tags, and other markings on the machine;

× Failure to send the corresponding item within 7 natural days after contacting zonnaura to confirm the warranty service.
